Marketing Executive – Maternity Cover

Labelnet Ltd are looking to recruit a highly organised and creative Marketing Executive to join our team for maternity cover for a minimum of 12 months, with the possibility of extension.

This varied marketing role involves participating in all aspects of marketing for the business, from email and social media marketing to internal marketing, with the primary goals of generating leads and raising brand awareness.

This role requires multi-tasking and the ability to work on your own initiative to plan your weekly activities and prioritise your workload. Our small office team offers a casual and friendly atmosphere, hybrid working is also an option.

Key Duties:

· Designing, building, and distributing email marketing communications

· Running multiple campaign to target various industry sectors (incl. food & drink)

· Developing, implementing, and managing social media marketing

· Maintaining and updating progress on company inbound enquiries

· Reviewing and updating website content as needed

· Researching UK businesses for lead generation

· Collaborating with the sales team to manage new potential leads

· Supporting the sales team with marketing materials

· Organising company trade exhibitions (1-2 per year)

· Preparing monthly reports with KPIs and conversions

· Bi-monthly company newsletter

· Hubspot email data cleansing

· Organising internal company events and charity days

· Creating basic marketing collateral, including flyers, infographics, and social posts

· Contributing to the effective promotion of the company brand

· Sending sample packs to customers

· Maintaining the company website

· Managing the marketing budget

Key Skills:

Candidates will preferably have experience with HubSpot (or a similar CRM) for running email campaigns, creative skills using Canva or Adobe Suites, and a high level of organisation and familiarity with social media platforms.

Candidates ideally will have:

· Excellent knowledge of HubSpot, Microsoft Outlook, Google Sheets, Canva or Adobe, and popular social media platforms

· Experience in planning and executing email marketing campaigns

· Experience in social media marketing

· Experience using WordPress to maintain company website

· Experience in planning trade exhibitions

· Excellent content writing skills

· Ability to work on their own initiative

· Ability to write creatively with an appropriate tone for various audiences, media platforms, and marketing campaigns

· Good organisation, time management, and project management skills

· Ability to work as part of a small team in a dynamic and evolving environment

· Communication skills to handle office telephone calls
